This policy describes how Horrazon Technologies Ltd. (“Horrazon”, “we”) handles information when you use our websites and services. It is written for clarity—parallel DPA terms apply to enterprise customers.
1. Data we process
We process account information you provide, usage telemetry required to operate the product, and customer-instructed event data ingested from integrations you authorize.
2. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests balanced against your rights, and consent where required for optional marketing communications.
3. Subprocessors
We maintain an up-to-date subprocessor list available to customers under NDA or within the trust portal. Critical vendors undergo annual security review.
4. Retention
Retention windows are configurable by workspace administrators. After contract termination, customer data is deleted or returned according to your order form.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion where applicable law provides. Contact privacy@horrazon.com for requests.
