Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms an integral part of the Terms of service governing Horrazon Intelligence Private Limited's websites and the Horrazon.ai cloud platform (the "Services"). Capitalized terms used but not defined here inherit the meanings assigned in the Terms. Violations may result in suspension, termination, legal referral, or cooperation with competent authorities.

• Comply with all applicable laws—including export control, sanctions, consumer-protection, marketing, telecommunications, and sector-specific regulations—in each jurisdiction where you operate or target audiences.
• Respect intellectual-property rights, confidentiality obligations, and contractual restrictions imposed by data licensors or integration partners.
• Maintain truthful representations when configuring integrations or attribution logic; do not deliberately distort analytics delivered to stakeholders or regulators.

• Probing, scanning, fuzzing, or exploiting vulnerabilities except through coordinated disclosure programs we expressly authorize in writing.
• Introducing malware, conducting denial-of-service attacks, cryptomining on shared infrastructure, or interfering with monitoring or backup processes.
• Circumventing authentication, authorization, rate limits, metering, billing checks, or regional access restrictions.
• Scraping, harvesting, or bulk extracting content displayed within authenticated workspaces without explicit contractual permission or supported APIs.
• Reverse engineering production binaries except to the limited extent mandatory copyright statutes permit interoperability testing documented to us in advance.

You shall not upload, synchronize, or process unlawful materials—including hate speech inciting violence, non-consensual intimate imagery, child exploitation content, or malware payloads. Processing highly sensitive categories of personal data (such as certain biometric templates or health records) requires lawful justification, proportionality, and—where mandated—enhanced contractual safeguards agreed with Horrazon Intelligence Private Limited before ingestion.

Do not leverage Horrazon.ai infrastructure to transmit unsolicited bulk communications absent legally valid consent or other permissible bases under anti-spam regimes (including India's IT Rules where applicable and analogous frameworks globally). Honor suppression lists, unsubscribe requests, and documented preferences promptly.

Automated workloads must remain within allocated quotas and must not degrade multi-tenant stability. We reserve the right to throttle excessive concurrency, prioritize latency-sensitive production traffic, or require architectural adjustments where workloads materially burden shared components.

Horrazon Intelligence Private Limited may investigate credible misuse reports, preserve forensic artifacts consistent with law, suspend suspect tenants pending inquiry, and cooperate with regulators or courts pursuant to lawful process reviewed through internal escalation protocols designed to protect customer privacy.

Submit abuse or security concerns—including suspected compromises or coordinated inauthentic behavior—to hello@horrazon.com. Include timestamps, affected URLs or tenant identifiers (without exposing secrets), concise descriptions, and any attachments expressly solicited by our incident responders.
